This knockout blend is comprised of a base of Peruvian coffee with part washed Ethiopian and part natural Ethiopian coffees. The combination of these fairly dense coffees creates a complex blend with chocolatey, sweet notes. You can find it at our shop as a mainstay espresso, year-round.
