This historic estate, with over a century of cultivation, is guided by Shreedev Hulikere and powered by a committed year-round team supported by seasonal harvesters.

Every cherry in this lot was hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed the same day using traditional disc pulping, careful fermentation, and shade-covered drying on clay-brick patios. The result is a clean, balanced, and quietly complex cup that reflects both careful stewardship and deep regional character.
