Mártir Coffee is an association of organic producers based in the vereda of Alto Cañada, but extending as far as Itaibe, Cauca. These family-run farms are highly passionate and skilled at what they do and that directly translates to the cup. Our importing partners at Osito Coffee are also able to pay the producers directly, which allows for maximum transparency and ensures these farmers are paid what they deserve.

This lot was decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process. Derived from locally grown sugarcane, the Ethyl Acetate acts as a natural solvent during the decaffeination process and creates a uniquely sustainable, local product cycle.
